Team

Steven Formica - President and CEO
Steve is an information governance and financial industry expert with over 20 years of experience garnered from a variety of diverse roles as the CIO/COO of an S&P 600 broker/dealer, a bank regulator, and leader of IBM's Information Life-cycle Management banking practice. Working with clients such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and UBS, Steve recognized that the lack of sound data management, the source of most discovery inefficiencies and unnecessary operational risk, started at the governance level. Steve founded Fontis to address the need for assured information governance and to fill the gap left by law firms, records management consultants, and content management technology vendors.
